Welcome to the secure Patient Portal for Brain Wave Psychiatry Services, powered by SimplePractice. This platform allows you to manage your care, communicate with your provider, and access important health information—anytime, from anywhere.

New Patients
If you are a new patient, click the Patient Portal button below to access our secure platform. Select “I’m a New Client” and follow the steps to set up your account:
Choose an available appointment date and time
Complete the Reason for Visit form
Enter your contact information
Click Request Appointment
You will receive a confirmation email with your request. Click Sign In from that email to access your Patient Portal.
Once your request is reviewed and your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a second email with your video appointment link. Please click Sign In to access your portal and complete the required consent forms prior to your appointment.
To avoid any delays, all required forms must be completed at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit.
Established Patients
If you are a current or returning patient, click the Patient Portal button below and select “I’m an Existing Client.”
You will be prompted to enter your email address on file and click Submit. A no-password login link will be sent to your email.
Through the portal, you can:
- Schedule, view, reschedule, or cancel appointments
- Send and receive secure messages
- Request medication refills
- View invoices, session notes, and uploaded documents
- Submit forms or upload additional documentation as needed
